Sun Plaza Gardens

A thoughtful balance of modern sophistication, understated luxury and everyday functionality, this 4-room HDB BTO at Sun Plaza Gardens showcases how a beautifully cohesive home can be achieved while retaining the original HDB floor tiles.

The design challenge was to seamlessly integrate the existing flooring into a refined Modern Luxe Minimalist concept. Through a carefully curated palette of warm neutrals, marble-inspired finishes, subtle wood accents and sleek black detailing, we created a harmonious interior that feels elegant, inviting and timeless.

The living area embraces a clean, uncluttered aesthetic with full-height cabinetry that maximises storage while maintaining a streamlined appearance.

A marble-inspired TV feature wall introduces subtle sophistication, complemented by warm display lighting and a thoughtfully integrated storage system. Soft neutral tones, gentle curves and carefully considered finishes bring warmth and character to the space.

Designed with both practicality and aesthetics in mind, the kitchen features sleek cabinetry, marble-inspired countertops and backsplash, and warm under-cabinet lighting.

An illuminated glass display cabinet adds a luxurious touch, while black-framed glass partitions create a visual connection between the kitchen and dining area without compromising the separation of spaces. The result is a sophisticated yet highly functional kitchen that complements the home's overall design language.

The master bedroom offers a calming retreat with a sophisticated contrast of soft furnishings, textured grey finishes and sleek dark cabinetry.

A marble-inspired feature wall adds depth and visual interest, while the integrated wardrobe and illuminated display shelving provide practical storage with a boutique-inspired aesthetic.

A dedicated vanity area completes the space, bringing together comfort, functionality and understated elegance.

The bathroom continues the home's contemporary design with neutral-toned tiles, sleek fixtures and a floating vanity. Mirrored cabinetry enhances the sense of space while providing concealed storage, and a statement countertop basin introduces a refined finishing touch.

The Design Philosophy
Beautiful design isn't always about starting from scratch.

By working with the original HDB floor tiles rather than replacing them, this project demonstrates how thoughtful material selection, complementary textures and meticulous detailing can transform an existing foundation into a cohesive, sophisticated home.

Every element was carefully considered to create a timeless interior that balances aesthetic appeal with everyday living.

Your Dream Home, Thoughtfully Designed
