Evolved Elegance products are non-cancelable and non-returnable for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect. Balance must be paid in full before processing order. Evolved Elegance assures that its services will be rendered in good faith and in a professional manner. Evolved Elegance is not responsible for damages arising from delay caused by the contractors, building owner(s), government agencies, manufacturers or any third parties who are involved in the project, nor for any breaches or defaults by said parties.

Delivery: Delivery charges are based on distance from manufacturer to customer’s shipping address and type of carrier used. Customer assumes all responsibility for items purchased upon delivery and is required to inspect the furniture thoroughly and prior to the delivery agent’s departure. When receiving shipments, customer must acknowledge on the delivery agent’s receipt of delivery that the furniture has been received in good condition. Any exceptions must be expressly noted in the appropriate box on the receipt of delivery. Please carefully inspect all items within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Any damaged or missing item from an order must be reported to Evolved Elegance within 24 hours of receipt of order by submitting a Claim to: email@example.com. If Customer does not notify Evolved Elegance within 24 hours of delivery, no shipment damage claims will be accepted. All sales are final with Evolved Elegance, with the exception of manufacturer’s defects. To report a Claim for an item with a manufacturer’s defect that is covered by its Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All customer requests for repair or replacement of any item are required to include photos in order to fulfill your requests. Photos are required to confirm the extent of damages for the Manufacturer to determine if replacement parts or a full unit replacement is required.
Claims & Returns: Should any product be identified by written exception to be not-received in good condition, or should you encounter a manufacturer’s defect in product(s) purchased and the item is still covered by its limited warranty, then Evolved Elegance will remain in compliance by acting in any of multiple ways Evolved Elegance chooses to effect the cure: a. If there are surface abrasions, then such can be repaired by any of the suitable surface repair techniques which render the abrasion invisible, or b. If a piece or product segment is damaged, then it can be replaced. The entire product need not be reordered or replaced by Evolved Elegance. The images depicted in any environmental display by Evolved Elegance are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product received may vary in appearance due to variations in Customer lighting, Customer screen resolution, Customer equipment quality, product grain, value engineering and other specialized Customer design requirements and Evolved Elegance is not responsible for such variations.
Lead Times & ETAs: Quoted lead times are estimates and can change on a daily basis. Therefore, quoted lead times by Evolved Elegance are never binding and Evolved Elegance guarantees no delivery date.
All aisle and construction dimensions are the sole responsibility of Customer. Customer is also responsible for proper clearance, exiting and other safety issues required by state and local codes. Further, Evolved Elegance shall not be liable for any errors or omissions contained in the architectural plans or measurements in any other form or format which Customer has provided for the project.
